Estimated Delivery Time

Firstly, there is a processing time (is 1-3 work days) for the in-stock products and processing time (4 weeks) for custom product generally. Or you can pay a quick or rush fee for custom item ordered for an expedited process time which will reduce the processing time (to as quick as 1 weeks to 3 weeks).

* Custom Orders may not apply to expedited processing times.

Secondly, there is the shipping time (which is not the same as the processing time).The shipping options  and time may vary for different countires.  You can check the shipping time by simulating placing an order on our website. And just remember the shipping time is in addition to the processing time and you need to add together both the handling or customing time and the shipping time to get a time estimate for your order.

Besides, Postal service is only available for order under weight 2 KG and the shipping country is United States, Canada and Australia.

Free Shipping on Orders of $999+ to the US

The Free Shipping on orders over $999 is by our regular shipping service and takes 6-8 work days for delivery after sending out the parcel. Free Shipping offer does not apply on shipments outside of the United States.

Shipping costs depend on the number of items and the weight of your order, as well as the shipping method you chosen. The prices displayed on product information pages do not include shipping costs.

You can check the shipping cost by simulating placing an order on our website. The steps are :

• On the item's Product Details page, click on Add to Cart.

• Enter your Shopping Cart and look for “Estimate Shipping Costs” at the bottom of the page to see total shipping costs for the items in your cart.

• Enter your destination for a more accurate calculation of your shipping costs.

You can open your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Cart at the top of every page on our site.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once the order status shows" completed" which means the order was shipped out, does not mean you receive the order.

You can find the tracking number by login My Account or at the bottom of the shipment email. But please use following link to get the tracking information.

Shipping Dispute:

All orders are handled and shipped according to handling and shipping method customer chosen. We are not responsible for the delivery delay if customer chosen improper shipping method or order information is not clear for processing order even.

The need date is just for our reference, we will do our best to make sure the order delivery by your need date, but we are not responsible for the delay if the time between order date and need date is shorter than our standard handling and shipping time.

If we delay the handling time without contact you, customers have rights to cancel the order before shipping or return it after shipping out.

If we send the order by wrong shipping method, customers have rights to ask for refund of extra shipping fee.
